Pumpkin Crème Brûlée Cold Brew:A Joffrey’s fall classic sure to make you feel like it’s autumn even in the Florida heat. This delicious cold brew coffee combines pumpkin pie and vanilla custard flavors.
Toffee Flight Latte:
Usually only available at our Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort kiosk outside of the Skyliner and at our Disney Springs® The Landing location- this drink is now available at all Epcot® Theme Park kiosks for a limited time only. This sweet and satisfying espresso based beverage features dark chocolate and sea salt caramel toffee, topped with toffee crumbles and whipped cream.

Q: What sparked the creation of this blend?
A: We were approached by Beverage Innovation Team at Disney and were asked to come up with a signature blend for the new resort.
Q: What inspired you when creating this blend?
A: We wanted to create a coffee that was unique and would make a statement – something you could only get at the Riviera Resort.
Q: What makes this blend special and different from others that Joffrey’s has created?
A: This is a beautiful coffee – dark roasted and featuring Indonesian, Costa Rican and African beans, some of my favorite coffee-producing regions. The coffee is unique, complex and multi-dimensional, with a robust smokiness and nice and smooth finish.
Q: What will Joffrey’s and Disney fans think of while enjoying this coffee?
A: While sitting at the resort drinking this coffee, guests will be able to look out at the property and savor a delicious cup of coffee. If enjoying away from the resort, guests can get the whole experience with each and every sip. I don’t like to brag, but this is something I’m really proud of – I think guests will enjoy!

We have missed you a-latte! We are so excited to re-open and welcome our guests as Joffrey’s locations across Walt Disney World Resort are opening soon! The Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company® locations at Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Animal Kingdom open on July 11, and our locations at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Epcot open on July 15.
We will be serving our full menu at all locations during the Disney Parks reopening, along with some special offerings including the return of the Happy Snowman and exclusive, limited-edition spring themed beverages at Epcot.

Have you been dreaming of the signature pink donuts you see in the pastry cases at our Disney Springs® locations? Well, we’re here to help make your donut dreams a reality!
We’re bringing you an easy at-home recipe for vanilla cake donuts and pink glaze. This cake-donut recipe is perfect for at-home celebrations, birthdays, family-fun, or to simply enjoy! Get the sprinkles ready!
Donut Ingredients (creates 6 donuts):
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
1/3 cup+1 1/2 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a donut pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In a small bowl, whisk together egg, milk, butter and vanilla extract.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir together until no flour bits remain and all the ingredients are well combined. Try not to over-mix the batter.
Spoon the batter into the donut cavities or use a large ziplock bag. Cut a corner off the bottom of the bag and pipe the batter into each donut cavity, filling 3 ∕ 4 of the way full.
Place the pan in the oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and transfer the donuts onto a wire rack until cool enough to handle but still warm.
1/2 cuppowdered sugar
1small pinch salt
1 or 2tablespoonsmilk
In a medium bowl whisk together the powdered sugar, vanilla extract and salt.
Add 1 tablespoon of milk, and whisk to combine. If the glaze is too thick, add additional milk, 1/2 teaspoon at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
Add food coloring if you wish.
Dip the warm donuts in the vanilla glaze, return to the wire rack, and immediately top with sprinkles. Allow glaze to set at room temperature for about 30 minutes before stacking or serving.
