One day we gathered to talk about our favorite desserts. Crème Brûlée was near or at the top of just about every list. So we quickly set out to create the quintessential coffee to enjoy with the 17th century French treat. Our roastmaster selected a wonderful blend of 100% Specialty Grade Arabica Beans that can stand on its own then developed the perfect balance of vanilla and creamy custard top notes to enhance the contrasting flavor of the Brûlée’s hard caramel shell. The result is a magical cup to love with or without a ramekin of our favorite indulgence.
