We roast this coffee dark—just shy of a French Roast—to give this blend of 100% Specialty Grade Arabica Beans a sweet caramel profile and smoky nuances. The aroma is an alluring prelude to the wonderfully rich taste; the acidity is spot-on for a dark roast. And the finish is clean and pleasant.
