Joffrey’s Ethiopa Durato Bombe Microlot

Daye Bensa Coffee was established in 2006 by two brothers, Asefa & Mulugeta Dukam, within the Sidama zone of Ethiopia where they operate 16 washing stations and 4 dry mills.

Named for the Bombe mountains on which this coffee grows, the Durato Bombe you are about to enjoy is collected from 626 farmers across the Durato area of Bombe village in the Sidama zone. Once collected this coffee undergoes meticulous processing at the Qunqna mill where it is sun dried as the whole cherry for 10-15 days. This creates Durato Bombes fruit-forward and complex flavor profile.
