We roast this coffee dark, just shy of a French Roast, to give this blend a sweet caramel profile with smoky nuances. The aroma is wonderful and its rich taste, superb. It's an excellent choice for brewing conventionally or as an espresso to transport yourself to a historic café in Vienna.
