How do I view my points balance?
Your points can be viewed as soon as you login to your account. You will also see a breakdown of how many points you have to spend in the reward section of your account page.

Can I earn points on subscription orders?
Yes! Everytime you complete an online purchase you will receive 5 points for every $1, even on subscriptions. Once you have earned enough points for a free bag of coffee, you can redeem the reward by simply adding the bag to your subscription order.

What do the “Approved”, “Pending”,and “Canceled” point statuses mean?
Approved: These points can be redeemed immediately
Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. This may take up to 14 days to approve
Canceled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to canceled)

Your points expire after 12 months if left un-redeemed.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
There is no limit to the number of points you can earn, but the rewards are not combinable with other offers that may be active at the time of redemption.
