- Start with filtered water. This brings the most out of every drop of Joffrey's coffee.
- For a single shot of espresso, use 7 grams of our finely ground coffee to 1.5 ounces of water. For a double shot of espresso, use 14 grams of our finely ground coffee to 3 ounces of water.
- Drink. Enjoy. Repeat.
French Press
- Start with coffee ground for French press.
- For a 34-ounce French Press we recommend using 2 ounces (4 tbsp) of coffee.
- Prepare 10 ounces of water at 200° and pour 1/3 in a circular motion until coffee creates bloom. Let bloom sit for 15 seconds, stir so grounds are wet, and finish pouring water until reaching bottom of the metal band on the French press.
- Cover the coffee with the plunger and lid assembly and let steep for 4 minutes.
- After steeping for 4 minutes, plunge, pour, and enjoy.
