Loyalty Program Terms of Use

JOFFREY’S Loyalty Program Terms of Use 

Effective Date: August 28, 2026

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN OUR LOYALTY PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR PARTICIPATE IN THE LOYALTY PROGRAM.

You agree that we may provide updates, notices, disclosures and amendments to these Terms, and other information relating to the Loyalty Program by electronic means, including posting such information and materials online at www.joffreys.com.

  1. Agreement

These Terms apply to your access to, and participation in, our Loyalty Program in the United States ("Loyalty Program"), which is operated by Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Co. or its respective subsidiaries, licensees and affiliated companies (collectively, "Joffrey’s", “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Joffrey’s for other products or services. 

  1. Changes to Terms

Joffrey’s reserves the right to change or modify these Terms or any policy, FAQ, offer, promotion, benefit or guideline pertaining to Loyalty Program, in whole or in part, at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and may be posted to www.joffreys.com, so please check back from time to time. You waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications, and your continued access to or participation in Loyalty Program following any such changes or modifications confirms your acceptance. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must stop accessing and participating in Loyalty Program.

  1. Personal Use 

Our Loyalty Program is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited. Our Loyalty Program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may access and participate in Loyalty Program only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. 

  1. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and also governs your participation in Loyalty Program. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how Joffrey’s collects, uses and discloses information about customers, how to update or change your personal information, and how we communicate with you.




  1. About Loyalty Program

Our Loyalty Program customers earn points for purchases made through our website and redeem those points for rewards as identified on the Loyalty Page of the website at https://joffreys.com/pages/rewards. The Loyalty Program is free to join and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. 

  1. Joining Loyalty Program

To join Loyalty Program, go to https://joffreys.com/pages/rewards, and follow the “Join Now” prompts to create an account. You will be asked for relevant information, which may include:

  1. First and last name, email address, phone number and/or password.

  2. Birthday (month, day) is optional to receive birthday offers. If you do not provide birthday information you will not receive your Birthday Reward.

You will be automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Program when you create an account with us or upon your purchase of our products. 

By enrolling in the Loyalty Program, you hereby agree to receive email communications and texts from us or Shopify seeking to verify you identify for purposes of setting up your account and to communicate to you regarding your account. Further description of how and what we text you accompanied by how you can opt out of such texting is found in our Term of Use.   1. Loyalty Program Levels 

The Loyalty Program features two membership tiers:

V.I.B. Tier: All new members are automatically enrolled in this tier. Members earn 5 points per dollar spent.

Caffeinated Crew Tier: Members who accumulate 3,000 points are upgraded to this tier and earn 6 points per dollar spent.

The most current Loyalty Program tiers are included under the Loyalty Program page of our website. 

  1. Earning Points 

The Rewards that are available to you through Loyalty Program are based on the number of Points that you earn. You can earn Points, by making qualifying purchases through our website or by engaging in the activity identified under the Loyalty Program page on our Site at https://joffreys.com/pages/rewards. 

Promotional Bonus Points. From time to time, we, or others acting with our permission, may offer you opportunities to earn additional Points through special promotions. These Points will be awarded as described in the applicable promotional offer and will be subject to any additional terms set forth in such promotional offer. Offer(s) subject to change, and may be modified, suspended or terminated at any time without notice. Offers are void where prohibited by law. Other restrictions may apply.

Partnership Programs. Eligible customers may earn Points through participation in programs offered by our business partners. We do not operate and are not responsible for these programs, which have separate and additional terms and conditions governing how Points may be earned. Determinations of eligibility are made in our and our business partners’ sole discretion. We and our business partners reserve the right to review and investigate all offer activities, and to suspend accounts or remove Points and any other promotional benefits for suspected abuse, violation of terms, or fraud.

Note that Points may be earned in fractional amounts depending on the value of your purchase. Points will not be earned on purchases made when checking out as a guest.

  1. Points Accumulation/Expiration

Unless otherwise noted, Points are generally automatically added to your account within approximately twenty-four (24) hours of your qualifying purchase and expire as follows: one year after posting to your account. Points are categorized as follows: 

  • Approved: Redeemable immediately.

  • Pending: Verification required (up to 14 days).

  • Cancelled: Not added for cancelled or refunded orders.

You can view and track your Points expiration dates, and available Rewards, as well as any additional benefits for which you are eligible as a Loyalty Program member, through your account at www.joffreys.com. 

  1. Redeeming Points for Rewards

Points may be redeemed for rewards listed on the Loyalty Page of our website at https://joffreys.com/pages/rewards. Rewards are redeemable with a single purchase only and cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions. All redemptions are final and subject to availability.

Should a Loyalty Program member wish to redeem a Reward but does not have enough points to do so, then the Loyalty Program member may pay the difference between the maximum value amount and the cost of the item being redeemed, plus any applicable tax.

  1. Other Import Information

These Terms complement and incorporate by reference our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.  In the event of any conflict between the forgoing and these Terms, the following documents shall control: the Terms of Use and then the Privacy Policy. 

There are no participation or membership fees associated with the Loyalty Program. Points accrued in connection with Loyalty Program are promotional, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. In addition, your redemption of Points accrued in connection with Loyalty Program cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts, unless otherwise expressly indicated by us.

Your Points, Rewards and Loyalty Program account are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. You may have only one (1) Loyalty Program account that is personal to you.

Without notice to you, we reserve the right to suspend your account and/or terminate your account and/or your participation in Loyalty Program if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or that the use of your Loyalty Program account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. We may, in our sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine Loyalty Program accounts that appear to be duplicative. In the event that your participation in Loyalty Program is terminated, all accrued Points in your account are void.

Without notice to you, we also reserve the right to "unregister" and make ineligible for Loyalty Program any account that has been inactive for two (2) consecutive years. Inactivity is defined as no Points earned during such two (2) consecutive year period. 

We reserve the right to change, modify, discontinue or cancel Loyalty Program or any part of the Loyalty Program, at any time and in its sole discretion, without notice to you.
