Why is our holiday sale is broken up into separate weeks instead of one huge sale?
At Joffrey's we pride ourselves on roasting all coffees to order - meaning that your coffee isn't even roasted until after your order is processed. Instead of the coffee waiting for you, the coffee is made for you! By breaking up the sale into multiple weeks, focused on various coffees, it gives us the ability to still roast your coffee to order while also shipping your coffee to you in a reasonable time - ensuring that your coffee arrives at the peak of freshness and isn’t sitting around on a shelf.
