OFFICIAL RULES. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 
Participation constitutes Entrant’s (as hereinafter defined) full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The “Joffrey’s Flavor Originator” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the contiguous United States of America (USA) and shall only be construed and evaluated according to U.S. federal law and Florida state law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not located in the USA at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m., Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 7, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m., ET on September 28, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Co., Inc., 9313 Princess Palm Ave, Tampa, FL 33619 (the “Sponsor”). ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be legal residents of the contiguous United States, including residents of the District of Columbia, who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry (“Entrant”). Employees, officers and representatives of Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and any entity involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes (the “Administrator”), and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and where prohibited/restricted by law. 

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period eligible participants are invited to enter the Sweepstakes by visiting www.joffreys.com/(the “Website”) and following the instructions to complete the Sweepstakes registration form. Each Entrant will be required to provide his/her full name, email address, phone number and zip code. By properly completing all the required fields on the Sweepstakes registration form each week, the Entrant will receive one (1) initial Sweepstakes entry, as well as the opportunity for additional entries through the 'Bonus Entries' form. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person or e-mail address that submits more than maximum allowed entries. All required information must be provided to enter and to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Proof of entering information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of an entry. Internet entries must be made by the Entrant only at the Website. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other web site or e-mail address, including, but not limited to, commercial Sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited and no mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void. Released Parties (as hereinafter defined) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any Entrant, Sponsor will rely on the information submitted by the Entrant to register for this Sweepstakes. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By participating, you consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address and other information for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and for other purposes as set forth below. 

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: The Prize (as hereinafter defined) drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The Prize drawing will be conducted on or about September 29, 2026. Odds of winning the Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The potential Prize Winners will be notified via email. All potential Prize Winners are subject to verification by Sponsor before any Prize will be awarded, and Sponsor will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process.  

PRIZE & PRIZE CONDITIONS : There will be five (5) Prize Winners. The Prize Winners, upon the Sponsor’s confirmation of eligibility, will receive 12 bags of coffee within one (1) year or a period of 12 months. The Prize package includes: one bag of Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Co. Flavored Coffee. Joffrey’s Coffee and Tea Co. reserves the right to select and manage the winning coffees, as well as distribute according to the business’s timeline. All prize details are subject to change and based on availability. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the total Prize package is $203.88 which will vary depending upon shipping rates. If the actual value of Prize package is lower than the stated ARV when Prize is procured and fulfilled, the difference will not be awarded. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including but not limited to, additional shipping, and fees, are the responsibility of Prize Winner(s). Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage. No substitution or transfer of Prize will be permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the Prize (or Prize component) with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that any of aforementioned Prize components are not available. By accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the Prize. The potential Prize Winner will be notified by email. The Prize Winner will be responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes associated with the receipt of the Prize. Each potential Prize Winner may be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver and, where not prohibited, a Publicity Release, and an IRS Form W-9, which must be received by Sponsor within the specified time period in order to claim the Prize. If a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to the potential Prize Winner, if a potential Prize Winner cannot be reached via email within three (3) business days from the first notification attempt, or if potential a Prize Winner fails to return requisite document(s) within the specified time period, or if a potential Prize Winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate Prize Winner may be selected by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.  

GENERAL: By accepting the Prize, where permitted by law, recipient grants to the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries and related companies, and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor (which grant will be confirmed in writing upon Sponsor’s request), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide IN ALL MEDIA without limitation at any time the recipient’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further payment or additional consideration, and without review, approval or notification. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES AND EACH SUCH COMPANY’S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE. By participating, entrants release and agree to hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for any injuries, death or losses or damages to persons or property AS WELL AS CLAIMS/ACTIONS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY that may arise from participating in this Sweepstakes or its related activities or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize. Prize Winner acknowledges that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, or any event or cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g. events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, wide spread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism) interferes with any aspect of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to fulfillment of the Prize(s), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Prizes offered herein and to award the Prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In no event will more Prizes than are stated in these Official Rules be awarded.  

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or provided by Entrants; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections to the Internet, in phone lines, or network hardware or software, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, or failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property, including to any participant’s or any other person’s computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, inability to use, or misuse of any Prize or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. If for any reason an Entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another Sweepstakes entry, if possible. 

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. USE OF DATA: By participating in the Sweepstakes and providing your e-mail address or any other applicable contact information, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection of their personal information within a secure database. Information collected from Entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entrants also understand and acknowledge that by entering the Sweepstakes, they are automatically opting into Sponsor’s consumer email list and will receive future e-mail communications from Sponsor. All e-mail communications will provide the opportunity for the e-mail recipients to opt-out of future communications.  

DISPUTE RESOLUTION (INCLUDING; CLASS ACTION WAIVER; JURY TRIAL WAIVER): All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants’ and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s or jurisdiction’s laws. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal court or state court within Tampa, Florida and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ENTRANT WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A TRIABLE BY JURY IN ANY ACTION, CLAIM, DISPUTE, OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES, THESE OFFICIAL RULES, ANY PRIZE, OR ANY DETERMINATION MADE BY SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event will attorney fees be awarded or recoverable; (iv) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, exemplary, consequential, special damages, lost profits, other damages, and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (v) Entrant’s remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and he/she waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained herein.
