Hello, I was yesterday morning with my family at Animals Kingdom Disney’s Theme Park and we want a coffee so we went to Asia at Joffrey’s Coffee.
The person who took care of us was a young man named Matt. He took care of us very reluctantly, when he turned around and started making the 5 lattes I ordered for my family, he only complained out loud, throwing things hard in the sink and delivering everything with the worst customer service I’ve ever had to endure in a Disney store.
In addition to our treatment, this character spoke in a very bad way to the person with whom he was at the kiosk, regardless of the fact that there were more customers waiting and that she was attending to them very kindly and with a big smile, something that was never seen in our treatment.
I think it’s not the attitude or the staff that Joffrey’s should have in a family theme park.
