  • Our Mexico single origin coffee comes from the southern most states of Oaxaca and Chiapas. This unique coffee has a smooth, mellow taste with notes of creamy caramel and chocolate.

Churro Fluff Iced Coffee

• • Ingredients:
    • 1/2 oz. Monin® Spiced Brown Sugar Syrup
    • 1/2 oz. Monin® Toasted Marshmallow Syrup
    • 5 oz. Joffrey's Mexico Single Origin Coffee (chilled)
    • Milk
  • Garnishes (optional):
    • Cinnamon Dusted Marshmallows
    • Whipped Cream
  • Prep:
    • Fill serving glass with ice
    • Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed
    • Pour mixture in mixing tin and back into serving glass
    • Add garnish, serve and enjoy!

Mexican Hot Java Recipe

• • Ingredients:
    • 1/2 oz. Monin® Dark Chocolate Sauce
    • 1/2 oz. Monin® Spiced Brown Sugar Syrup
    • 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
    • 3/4 oz. Rumchata® Liqueur
    • 3/4 oz. Reposado Tequila
    • 8 oz. Joffrey's Mexico Single Origin Coffee 
  • Garnishes (optional):
    • Cayenne Pepper
    • Cinnamon Stick
    • Cocoa Powder
    • Whipped Cream
  • Prep:
    • Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed
    • Stir gently
    • Add garnish, serve and enjoy!
